If you and your kotiro are keen to join a transformative wānanga hauora series, we invite you to fill out our registration form and take part in the beautiful kaupapa hosted by the Okura Collective in Tāmaki Makaurau.
This series of wānanga is designed especially for rangatahi wāhine (aged 13 - 18 years) and their māmā , providing a space to wānanga, connect with te taiao, and celebrate the mana of atua wāhine through movement and rongoā.

Wānanga #01
Rā: Saturday, 15th March 2025
Wāhi: Cornwallis Beach (transport will be provided from Corbans Estate Arts Centre)

This wānanga serves as an introduction to Te Taiao through the ancient ritual of Pūrea, a sacred act of purification and realignment with the natural world.

Rā: Sunday, 16th March 2025
Wāhi: Old St Michaels Building, Corbans Estate, Henderson
Kaupapa: Active Whakapapa with mana whenua Te Kawerau ā Maki and Ngā Pou Māreikura.

Wāhi: Te Pae o Kura, 126 Awaroa Road, Sunnyvale
Kaupapa: Spend the day learning about ikura and our tinana. We will then finish with relaxing mirimiri.
